Shower Curtains, One of Many Items Needed for a Amazing Bathroom
July 13th, 2009
Everybody has their own version of the best possible restroom. Some include a shower curtain or multiple shower curtains. Others include more lavish items such as gold, Jacuzzi’s, and a ridiculous assortment of other posh items. Imagine what the bathrooms of millionaires actually are. Nobody honestly believes that a multimillionaire would have the same style of restroom as somebody in normal economic circumstances. Well, this is the guide to the millionaires bathroom and what they probably (OK, most likely don’t) look like.
No millionaires bathroom is complete without the stereotypical item that every person imagines the posh and arrogant having, a golden toilet. While many people work under the assumption that such a ludicrous item doesnt exist, it simply has to. There has to be some person out there that is eccentric enough to build themselves a toilet out of gold. Failing that, there are certainly millionaires with toilets that are made out of silver, because that would be second best. In these hard economic times maybe thats all some unfortunate fellow could afford. Due to what must be an incredibly low demand, the company that produces such a toilet must be really, really hard to find.
Next to the toilet of course is another stereotypical item that one would expect a millionaire to have, a roll of toilet paper consisting of one dollar bills. In research testing the one dollar bill proved to be more comfortable than the leading brand of toilet paper. The extremely wealthy are of course wealthy in the first place because of their flippant disregard for saving and financial shrewdness so the dollar bill toilet paper is certainly not just the random musings of bored minds.
Todays millionaire works extremely hard to make their millions of course, and with how absurd and silly all the new taxes on the wealthy are there is nothing more necessary to a wealthy persons bathroom than a personal masseuse. The masseuse is of course on standby at all times and must be of Scandinavian descent and have at least ten years worth of training in her field. She must be versed in many different kinds of massage therapy. Going along with the European theme generated by the Scandinavian masseuse there is also an adjoining room attaching with a sauna to sweat off the rigors and frustrations of a hard day at work. It is of course ridiculously hard to become and stay a millionaire in the new era of quasi communist America so relaxing in the sauna is important once a day.
Many people have imagined what a a well off persons restroom is like. While it seems logical to think that they’re pretty similar to that of normal people, that idea doesnt sit well with a lot of people. People for some reason have the overriding urge to feel that the wealthier the person the more absurd their restroom. So, in order to put those peoples minds to rest the bathroom detailed in the preceding paragraphs is completely real and by law set up in every persons house once they reach a certain level of savings in their bank account.

Introduction to NLP: The Magic of Trust
July 12th, 2009
Sherlyn Allen, a consulting architect, was waiting patiently at the reception of a prospective client. The client, Chris Scout, was a business magnate with several business interests. He was getting late for an important business meeting so he called Sherlyn in his room. Chris arms were crossed - he wanted to avoid seeing Sherlyn, leave alone buying from her. Sherlyn, I cant see you this morning. Chris said, trying to brush Sherlyn off.
Would you like to reschedule this? Sherlyn asked crossing her own arms. Andrew seemed to soften. How long will you take to say your say? he asked. Sherlyn smiled, Just about ten minutes. Ten minutes later, however, Sherlyn emerged from her clients office, having closed the contract.
What was Brad Louis secret? What did he say or do in those short but profitable minutes to convince his client to buy his services? What was it about the way Brad reacted to his client that got him ten minutes of the mans time in first place?
Sherlyn’s secret lies in NLP ” an area of psychology that investigates the different ways people think and communicate with one another. NLP stands for neuro-linguistic programming.
The founders of NLP, Richard Bandler and John Grinder, studied the workings of successful therapists. Although they all worked differently, there was one thing they had common: They were very good at winning their clients trust.
Why and how trust develops is summed up by NLP. All of us have different ideas of reality ” and we tend to really trust people who look at the world the way we do. If we feel understood, we give people our trust and open up to them more easily.
Once you learn NLP, you will discover that it could be applied to sales situations as well. After all, there can not be any sales without the trust. Do sales heroes communicate trust to their clients in some magical, unconscious way?
What super sellers do really seems magical. They get their clients buy from them without appearing pushy. Now you know the reason behind Frank Kern’s million dollars sales in hours.
When you begin to apply the dynamics of NLP, the magic of trust will start winning you customers hands down. You would know your clients real concerns and mental barriers.
Mastering NLP techniques will give you three insights:
* You will discover more about your prospective clients in minutes than you previously could in months.
* You are going to learn to predict how your clients will buy.
* You will know how to let your clients sell to themselves.
NLP teaches an entirely new system of selling based on trust. You will become a detective of human behavior. You will learn that people have different modes of thinking and how those modes affect their decisions to buy.
You will learn specific selling techniques that you can apply in all situations. You will learn to communicate and reinforce trust with your clients on deeper levels. Using both verbal and physical techniques, you will be able to guide your clients to make decisions they otherwise might be afraid to make.
By mastering NLP and understanding specific buying patterns and rules of sales psychology, you will be able to build up your business in almost no time. It is a magic every salesperson must appreciate and learn.

Advertising With Unique Article Wizard Will Get Your Business Targeted Traffic
July 11th, 2009
The best way to generate wealth in an internet based business is traffic. The point of having a website is to be visited and viewed. Fancy templates, money and countless hours of developing a site to make it attractive is useless if you don’t have traffic.
Although there are some sites that have done poorly with the downturn of the internet based business, there are many sites that have generated good money by concentrating on a certain niche and some subniches. Traffic brings potential customers which mean sales and profit.
Sites should target certain groups of people. Drive them to the site to showcase the business. Targeted marketing is essential so that you can count on the traffic to your site as potential customers.
You sometimes need to spend money to make money. We all have heard that, but on the internet it is especially true. Advertising your business is money well spent. When you advertise, people know that your company or product exists.
You will get targeted traffic to your site with the right type of advertising. With a high volume of traffic you can bet that even if only a small percentage turns out to be buying customers it is still a good average of profit generating income.
Advertising with article marketing will jumpstart the drive to increase targeted traffic. The benefits are great as many companies can attest to with the cost justifiable.
I have been using article marketing with Unique Article Wizard for some time now to advertise my business. The result has been a steady stream of targeted traffic to my sites.

The Keys To Getting The Most People On Your Teleseminar As Possible
July 3rd, 2009
As a promoter of real home business opportunities, the teleseminars you host need to have people on them. How do you promote them properly? One of the best ways to promote is to combine email marketing with a teleseminar registration page so that you can maximize the amount of people on the call.
The first step I take is to send out 3 emails to promote the event. For example, if I am doing a teleseminar next week, I will promote the teleseminar using a broadcast email. This is not like the follow up emails in my autoresponder. Everybody on my list gets the broadcast email all at one time.
How should these emails be worded? Here is one way, “Hi, just letting you know I am having teleseminar next week. Here is the number to participate.” You should treat these teleseminars like you are charging big bucks for them even if it is free. One way to increase the perceived value is to use a registration page.
To promote a teleseminar when you work from home part time, use good copywriting. There should be bullet points on your emails and web pages that highlight what topics are going to be discussed.
People are very attracted to discussion topics they believe they will benefit from. So if you have a high interest topic such as “How to make an extra $1,000 to $2,000 within the next 7 days even if you have no product or list.” Make sure you highlight that in your promotion. Here are some other great topic examples:
“7 keys to maximizing the savings on your car and the role each one plays.”
“Avoid the critical mistake that most people make in addressing the needs of their customer that costs them time, money and frustration (and how these mistakes leave them in the minor leagues of business as oppose to being an all star player with the online heavy hitters).” You do not have to use the baseball example in the illustration that you use, but you can use the concept just with another illustration. You can say how it keeps them as an amateur instead of a professional.
“The 5 Traffic Generation Strategies They Do Not Want You To Know About because if you did know, you would cut into their profit streams and start making all of this money for yourself.”
As you can see when you work from home part time, leverage is key and well-written copy is one of the best forms of leverage you can employ when you sell your knowledge online. A great example of a website that does this well is www.fastinfoproducts.com. Check out their bullet points.
Now when you set up promotion emails for teleseminars, you need to sell the reader on clicking on the link to signing up on your registration page. The first email that you send out should go out a number of days before the event with a link to the registration page. You can send out a 2nd email closer to the event and a final email the day of the event.
Following these proven strategies will increase your teleseminar attendance and help you make more money as you work from home part time.
